For you
- Nothing changes for you. This is a new scheduled worker that only writes to an internal database; nothing it records is served anywhere yet.
Under the hood
- A new scheduled worker watches the fast injury source and records each designation change to the shared database, on a cadence derived from when that source actually reports rather than from an assumption about working hours. Nothing you see changes yet: what it records is not served anywhere until a later change merges it into the live view. It also pings an external dead man switch once each poll completes, the same pattern the nightly ingest job already uses, so a stopped poller now raises an outside alarm instead of the problem staying visible only in logs nobody is watching.
